Customer Success Manager

FULL TIME EMPLOYEE

As in charge of Customer Success at Sesamy, you will have to understand both the customers’ and our partners’ needs, ensure we meet their expectations and continuously proactively enhance their experience by improving the support operations widely.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze partner and customer data to improve the overall Sesamy brand experience.

  • Proactively manage, handle and resolve customers’ and partners’ requests and complaints.

  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.

  • Continuously improve our onboarding process with new partners.

  • Follow-up and nurture partner relationships across the sales funnel.

  • Work cross-functional within the organization and be the voice of our customers and partners.

  • Mediate between partners, customers and the organization.

  • Minimize customer churn.

  • Aid in product design and product development related to customer success.

Desired profile

  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the customer-facing customer success field (having experience in B2B SaaS company is a great advantage)

  • Smart thinker, innovator, decision-maker who can inspire customer loyalty.

  • Great experience working towards both B2B and B2C

  • Passion for service and a customer-first mindset.

  • Great communication skills in both Swedish and English.

  • Experience in handling customer queries tactfully and diplomatically to ensure that they stay committed to our product.

  • Great advantage with experience within handling HR related tasks.
